Jersey Scientific prefers e-mail for Technical Support. We read our AppleLink (JERSCI) and CompuServe (70400,3361) mail every evening around 9PM Eastern Time, and reply to any pressing technical support mail the same evening. Internet users should send mail to 70400.3361@compuserve.com (CompuServe charges much less than AppleLink for Internet mail.)
For Phone Support you can call us at (USA) 908.464.3458 from about 7:00 PM Eastern (New York) time to 8:00 PM (yes, both times PM.) Since shipping CMaster Version 1.0, we have averaged less than a call per month, so don’t be surprised if no one answers right away. Occasionally the line has an answering machine on it. This line has a FAX machine on it at times other than above, so you can always FAX a question to us.
Requests to our business line answering machine for technical support callbacks at times other than the 7 PM to 8 PM time described above times cannot be made, and will thus go unanswered. If you insist on calling the NY office and coercing someone to take a message for a callback, it will still go unanswered. Again, the very best way to get us is via e-mail.
